Improving the user’s life with innovative technologies and new media. That is my overall goal as a Human Computer Interaction and Design MSc. I aim to solve problems and create unique technological applications and experiences by using hardware and software in a creative way. My studies and interests lead me to a position at Scania as Innovation Engineer, improving production processes and the working conditions of the operators at the assembly line. Next to that, I work as freelance developer/technical consultant.

My strengths lie in finding, developing, and testing technological solutions for all sorts of problems. Always with the main focus on the needs of the end user. I have experience in creating proof of concepts and leading technology implementation projects. My main interests are smart environments, interactive systems, artificial intelligence, social robotics, user experience, internet of things and software development (frontend, backend and embedded). My main topics at Scania are operator support (light guidance, human-robot interaction) and computer vision.

Below is a handful of projects I documented over the years. Most of them were during my studies.
